This was a full modernization, refurbishment and extension of a 4 bedroom, double fronted, detached property which had been empty and derelict for 10 years. The works transformed the property into family home with modern interior, complemented by a large kitchen family room with bespoke units and a large island feature.
Jackson Homes were contracted for the project management of this full conversion of a well renowned public house in Acton Bridge to create a bespoke home with detached garages and landscaped grounds. The final home boasted five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a very large open plan kitchen, diner, family room with multiple large sliding doors into the grounds, a bespoke oak staircase plus numerous features.
Jackson Homes undertook to design, manage and construct the complete makeover of this former dormer bungalow. The re-design created a four double-bedroom, 3-bathroom house. The property features a floating oak staircase from the large, open plan kitchen, diner, family room with bi-folds on 2 aspects leading into the wrap around garden. The conversion was completed with a large two car brick garage / workshop.
Jackson Homes was instructed as the main joinery contractor for all structural and finishing joinery on this full main property, four story conversion. This ranged from bespoke staircases and windows through to new structural roofs and flooring. There were additional multiple extensions and a loft conversion as part of the overall conversion.
