Jackson Homes were contracted for this beautiful oak framed property from the initial groundworks up to the final, fully completed building. We worked in close collaboration with a National Oak framing company to deliver the high-end specifications. Jackson Homes were responsible for the overall management, groundworks and all internal finishing.
Jackson Homes were the main contractor for the build, including managing and scheduling of the build and coordinating all the trades people and suppliers for this beautiful two storey, 4 bedroom new build home with detached garage and landscaped grounds. The property is timber framed and boasts multiple energy efficient features and was completed in just over 8 months. This project was entered for a National Award in 2023 for which Jackson Homes received an Enterprise Award.
This project was entered for a National Award in 2020 and reached the finals. Jackson Homes was instructed as the main contractor for this bespoke oak framed development which created a detached annex with feature views across the Cheshire countryside. This build required close working relationships between Jackson Homes and a National Oak framing company to deliver on the high-end specifications.
